Our Story

The United Registrar of Systems (URS), a member of United Registrar of Systems (Holdings) Ltd. was built up in 1994, founded by David Riggs, who envisioned in utilizing his innovative thoughts, to advance appraisal and confirmation administrations for quality business operations.
